1. Introduction

Welcome to the Crypto Freedom Bootcamp. By registering, attending, or participating in the Bootcamp, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

These terms ensure transparency, legal clarity, and mutual understanding between you (the participant) and us (Crypto Starter Business).

2. Educational Purpose Only

All content provided during the Bootcamp is strictly for educational purposes. Nothing taught, shown, or distributed should be interpreted as financial advice, investment advice, or legal guidance.

You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. Always consult a licensed advisor if you require personalized financial or legal advice.

3. Eligibility and Intended Audience

The Bootcamp is tailored for:

  • Self-employed business owners
  • High-net-worth individuals and savers
  • Beginners with no crypto experience
  • Crypto investors without DeFi expertise

It is not intended for individuals with no financial reserves. Participants are expected to act from a position of financial responsibility and maturity.

4. Registration, Payment & Refund Policy

  • Registration is confirmed only after full payment is received.
  • The fee is €9075 (incl. VAT), which includes accommodation, training, and the Crypto Cashback Bonus.
  • All payments are final. We do not offer refunds unless:
    • You postpone your seat and no new Bootcamp is scheduled within one year.
    • In such a case, a full refund will be issued, but the hardware wallet and the crypto tokens will remain our property and will not be shipped.

5. Seat Transfer and Postponement

You may transfer your seat:

  • To another eligible participant
  • To a future Bootcamp, subject to availability

Notify us at least 7 days before the Bootcamp start date.

6. Crypto Cashback Bonus

Upon payment confirmation, we purchase €1500 worth of five pre-selected crypto tokens using TWAP on top 3 DEXs.

  • Prices fluctuate — participants who pay earlier typically benefit from lower entry prices.
  • The hardware wallet containing the tokens is handed over during the Bootcamp, after security training.

7. Hardware Wallet Custody & Security

  • Your wallet is initialized in your presence.
  • Only you receive and control the seed phrase.
  • We will never ask for your private key.
  • We do not store, track, or have access to your funds.

Important: If you lose your seed phrase, you permanently lose access to your funds. We cannot recover it.

8. Personal Data, KYC, and Compliance

  • Hotel check-in
  • VAT compliance
  • Basic anti-money laundering (AML) legal obligations

Your crypto wallet and activity remain private and uncustodied by us. Payments must be made from your own personal or business bank account.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials shared during the Bootcamp — including slides, handouts, recordings, and exercises — are the intellectual property of Crypto Starter Business.

Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

10. Location and Force Majeure

The Bootcamp is held in Madrid, Spain. The hotel location will be shared 5 days prior to the event.

In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to change location, postpone the event, or convert parts of the program to virtual format.

11. Limitation of Liability

Crypto Starter Business, its trainers, partners, and affiliates are not liable for:

  • Loss of funds due to personal error
  • Poor market performance or volatility
  • Misuse or misplacement of hardware wallets
  • Software bugs or blockchain failures

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

12. Disclaimer on Crypto Investments

  • You may lose 100% of your investment.
  • Past performance is not indicative of future results.
  • We cannot and do not guarantee profits, return, or asset price increases.

We teach strategy and tools — what you choose to do with them is your responsibility.

13. Use of Recorded Content

Participants receive temporary access to recorded sessions (until Dec 31, 2025).

  • These recordings are for personal use only.
  • Sharing or distributing them is strictly forbidden.

14. Participant Conduct

We expect professional, respectful behavior from all attendees.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Bootcamp — without refund — for behavior that is disruptive, abusive, or violates the spirit of the event.

15. Acknowledgment

By completing your registration, you confirm that:

  • You understand and accept all terms above
  • You are aware of the risks of DeFi and crypto
  • You are joining voluntarily and responsibly
